Florist Terms and Conditions
Payment must be made upon email confirmation of your order to guarantee your flowers. Payment can be made by BACs.
We are sorry but we do not offer credit at this time.
Flowers become your responsibility upon delivery/collection, we cannot be held responsible for failure to correctly condition or store your flowers. Please ensure there is a responsible person on site to sign for your flowers.
For postal orders, we do not hold responsibility for delivery failure due to postal strikes, weather conditions, or errors of the postal service.
We pride ourselves on our good customer service and strive to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition. If you have any issues or complaints, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods to allow us the opportunity to address your problem. We will require a photograph of any damage or fault, which can be emailed to hello@thecornishflowerpatch.co.uk, please title your email COMPLAINT.
Buckets remain the property of The Cornish Flower Patch, please bring your own if collecting, or please ensure you have your own ready on delivery.
