Cornish Pottery Compote

Description

We are very excited to offer our hand thrown, pottery compote, for displaying your flower arrangements.
In collaboration with The Pottery Shed, located just a mile from our farm, we designed this shallow bowl on a pedestal referencing the vessels used by the florists of the 1930’s and 40’s, who worked successfully without using floral foam. A sustainable update on a classic design for today’s floral design work.

If using chicken wire mechanics inside the base, we recommend lining with moss or similar to prevent scratching.
